These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Best Fix Technical Services website and the services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide home and building maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, carpentry, painting, masonry, appliance repair and general handyman work. All work is carried out by qualified technicians to applicable UAE standards.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information you give us and may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs once assessed on site. We will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Bookings and cancellations

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed by phone or message.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a completed job is not right, contact us and we will make it right in line with our satisfaction guarantee.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
